Hi! We’ve included a News Section and Calendar so that you can keep up with what’s happening at your favorite camp! In addition, click the link to jump to Wawenock’s official Facebook page. Don’t forget to also check your mailboxes for the Camp Newsletter and 2012 Picture Calendar! (If you are an alumna who isn’t receiving these then please let us know that you need to be added to the Camp mailing list!)

We are excited to see many of you at the Camp Wawenock Gatherings – which will be occurring from late Fall into early 2012. These are usually held in the home of a current family or alumna and are attended by campers, staff, alumnae, friends and also prospective families – who come to learn more about Camp and meet some friendly experts! Please check the calendar below for already determined gathering dates/locations and contact us if you would like to learn more about the exact timing and location of these, or to see if we are planning a gathering for your area.  (We have just returned from a wonderful trip to NC and are off to Princeton, NJ next weekend (January 29th.) Still to come are gatherings already planned in CT, FL, CA and Paris, France!  Let us know if you can join us!)

Facility Updates:

We have been very busy this fall with the completion of 2 brand new ‘Middler’ cabins on the Hill and some other renovation work around Camp – including some foundational work under ‘Wawenock’ (Camp’s dining room) and replacement of some roofs which sustained damage during Hurricane Irene.  We have some other work planned for late winter too!
